Take Notice – The Tribunal has completed evidence in regard to its investigations into the remaining terms of reference and related matters. The tribunal will not be sitting on Saturday 23rd June as previously stated.

Final submissions will be taken during week commencing 25th June in accordance with the time sought by parties, with flexibility allowed as reasonable. Submissions, if desired, to the tribunal, can be a speaking note used or handed in on the day, as in the taking of submissions previously. A date for final submissions will be made on Monday 25th June and will be posted on the tribunal’s website.
