12 March 2020 – Following An Taoiseach’s announcement to the State today on Covid-19, the remaining public hearings scheduled in relation to term of reference (p), the complaint of Garda Nicholas Keogh on Thursday 19 March, Friday 20 March and Monday 23 March in George’s Hall, Dublin Castle are cancelled.

The tribunal will review matters in line with government policy on 29 March 2020.
