The Tribunal intends to commence public hearings on 17th May 2022 at 11 AM in respect of term of reference (p), the complaint of retired Sergeant Paul Barry in Castle Hall, Dublin Castle.
The Tribunal will seek to conduct these sittings in as safe an environment as possible for all participants including those working in Castle Hall.
Please note that:
- Subject to numbers, it may not be possible for all parties to attend in the main hearing room at certain times and the Tribunal may request parties to use an anteroom where video and audio facilities will be available.
- Any person should not attend the hearings if he/she is experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, has tested positive for Covid-19, has been directed to restrict movements or is awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test.
- Those attending will be aware that the hearing is taking place indoors and accordingly may wish to consider wearing a mask for their own protection.
Please note that the Tribunal will sit from Tuesday to Friday each week, further there will be no hearings on Wednesday 18th May, between 7th and 10th June or on Wednesday 15th June, 2022.
